Cubs gaining momentum

Sports story

Cub Robin Sharp crouches as a ball comes towards him during Thursday night’s game against Olds Athletics, losing 3-1. Cubs are gaining momentum however, having won their first game against Eckville on July 4, in a double header 4-1 and 3-1. They also won 5-3 in their second game against Innisfail on July 11. Four Cub members represented the South All Star team in the Parkland League All Star Fame on July 17 in Red Deer, beating North All Stars 13-6.
