Canadian Navigable Waters Act
Pieridae Energy Limited hereby gives notice that a submission has been added to the Common Project Search (online registry) pursuant to the Canadian Navigable Waters Act described herein and its description. Pursuant to paragraph 4.1 and 9.1 of the said Act, Pieridae Energy Limited has deposited a notification of minor work in accordance with the requirements set out on the External Submission Site, on the online Common Project Search Registry (http://cps.canada.ca/) and under registry number 10084, a description of the following work: pipeline remediation at the James River crossing located approximately 5 km west of highway 22 and approximately 16 km northwest of Sundre in northwest Alberta at 51.93o N 114.73o W.
