Copies of the Village Voice newsletter could become available to residents outside of the village’s office hours. The newsletter contains all the minutes from council meetings and was previously mailed to each resident, published online and sometimes in the Hitching Post, said CAO Terry Lofstrum but is now only available in the office that is open Monday to Thursday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m and closed for lunch.

Karel Beckham asked if a few copies could be left outside in a plastic protector for people unable to come into the office during the day.

Mayor Larry Steeves was reluctant at first because of the cost that could incur but Coun. Elizabeth Bell suggested just a few copies could be left outside the office or a surrounding building that is open later for people to look at or take with them.
